Four days is pretty long though. You should definitely be trying some different food. Try some night-crawlers or some small, live bait or both. The pleco would erect it's dorsal spine and pectoral spines making it almost impossible to dislodge it from the oscar's mouth. It may require snipping the spines with a wirecutter. Then get the shovel ready, the plec is finished. Wow that is really bad news. I honestly don’t know what I’d do… unfortunately there may not be anything you can do. You could probably save the pleco, but due the fins of the pleco it will probably kill the Oscar.

It’s worth a shot though. Grab him and try to maneuver the pleco out as gently as possible. Other than that I really don’t know what to say.
